Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all orders placed through the WUMI-WELT online shop.

3. Subject Matter of the Contract

The online shop offers digital products only.

These include, but are not limited to:

• Digital coloring books

• Educational books

• Puzzle books

• Craft templates

• Posters

• Wallpapers

• Personalized digital coloring books

• Other downloadable digital products

All products are supplied exclusively as digital files (PDF or comparable formats).

No physical products will be shipped unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Conclusion of the Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By completing the checkout process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected product(s).

The purchase agreement becomes effective upon successful receipt of payment.

5. Prices

All prices are stated in Euro (€).

In accordance with the Austrian small business regulation (Section 6 (1) No. 27 Austrian VAT Act – UStG), no value-added tax (VAT) is charged or shown separately.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered in the online shop.

Digital products will only be made available after successful receipt of payment.

7. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products intended for immediate download are made available immediately after successful payment.

The download link will either be displayed directly after purchase or sent to the customer's email address.

8. Personalized Coloring Books

Personalized products are created only after payment has been received.

After placing an order, the customer will receive instructions on how to submit the required information.

This may include, for example:

• A photo of the main character

• The preferred WUMI region

• The preferred companion character

• The desired adventure theme

• The name of the main character

Once all required information has been received, WUMI-WELT will first create a personalized book cover.

Production of the personalized coloring book begins only after the customer has approved the cover design.

The completed book is generally delivered within a maximum of two business days after cover approval.

The finished coloring book will be provided as a PDF file via email.

9. Customer Responsibilities

The customer confirms that they own or have the necessary rights to all photographs and other materials submitted for the creation of personalized products.

Only images that the customer is legally authorized to use may be submitted.

If photographs of children are provided, the customer confirms that they are the child's parent, legal guardian, or otherwise have the required permission.

10. Privacy and Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Modern AI technologies are used in the creation of personalized products.

Any photos submitted by the customer are used solely for the purpose of producing the ordered product.

After completion of the order, all image files stored by WUMI-WELT will be deleted.

During production, submitted images may be processed by trusted AI service providers solely for the technical creation of the personalized product.

11. Copyright

All content published by WUMI-WELT, including illustrations, stories, characters, designs, concepts, and digital products, is protected by copyright.

The purchase of any product grants the customer a non-transferable license for private use only.

Any reproduction, distribution, publication, modification, sharing, or commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

12. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

For digital products that are made available immediately after purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal expires in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws once:

• the customer has expressly agreed that performance of the contract begins before the withdrawal period expires; and

• the customer acknowledges that, by giving this consent, they lose their statutory right of withdrawal.

By completing the purchase, the customer expressly agrees to these conditions.

13. Personalized Products

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, there is no right of withdrawal for products that are individually created or customized according to the customer's specifications.

This applies in particular to personalized WUMI coloring books.

14. Liability

WUMI-WELT shall not be liable for technical issues affecting downloads that are beyond its reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that their devices and software are compatible with the downloaded files.

15. Creative Ownership

The creative concept, characters, stories, illustrations, designs, and overall WUMI-WELT universe were created by:

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For consumers, the mandatory statutory provisions regarding jurisdiction and consumer protection remain unaffected.
